How tall are these figures?
They are 1:12 scale, meant to fit alongside your other 6” toy lines, but our figures are actually right around 7” tall when standing fully upright.

What is up with that skull head?!?!?
Nice catch! As you can see in the line art images of what is included with each figure, 8 of the 9 figures come with a really cool interchangeable Skull head that will match the paint deco of the figure it comes with! BONUS: the Skull head also features an articulated jaw!!!

What are your plans for packaging?
We strongly believe in opening & playing with your toys, with that said, we are planning for collector friendly packaging - a transparent blister tray insert in a full color window box that will have a front flap with velcro closures. We have preliminary ideas/designs that we are likely to share over the course of the campaign…

Why are your Stretch Goals set so much higher than other action figure Kickstarter campaigns?
Not to throw any shade, but we need the math to math for us. Both of our Stretch Goals will have a new parts which will necessitate new tooling and they will be their own unique SKU’s that we will need to produce at our factories MOQ.

Launching a Kickstarter campaign right after the holidays, are you guys crazy?
Maybe? But hear us out, one of our characters is very much rooted in the Christmas holiday (Krankle), Nosferatu released in movie theaters on Christmas Day, AND there are FIVE (5) Fridays AFTER Christmas before the end of our campaign (assuming most of us are on some type of a Friday based payday schedule) - don’t forget that NO ONE will be charged until the END of the campaign (if it succeeds, fingers crossed). So please back early and help us hit those stretch goals!!!

What's the deal with shipping? When will we be charged?
Our Charge Shipping Later feature enables us to collect funds for preorders & add-ons and charge for shipping at a later date. All Backers & Preorder customers will see a notice at checkout that the total does not include shipping, which will be charged at a later date. We will collect your address and payment information so that we can provide you with accurate shipping costs closer to fulfillment.

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
While our team has been working professionally in the toy industry for decades, this is our first collaboration in action figure manufacturing & distribution, there are always risks and challenges that can potentially delay production and getting these into your hands.
The manufacturing of these figures will be done in China by a factory that is well-versed in producing quality, highly articulated action figures.
If any unexpected production or fulfillment issues arise, updates will be posted promptly letting our backers know new dates of delivery.
